Sarah Hyland was conceived in New York City, to actresses Melissa D. Canaday Hyland and Edward James Hyland. At the age of 4, Sarah Hyland began working in commercials and doing voiceovers. Private Parts, her first film was released in the year 1997. The Object of My Affection (1998) was her second film. She then spent a few months making Another World (1964) as Rain Wolfe a kid found by Josie in a local park that Gary fosters. Sarah has appeared on several occasions alongside Amy Carlson who plays Josie in AW: Falcone (2000) Law & Order (2000) and Law & Order: Trail by Jury (2005). Sarah was cast as Jennifer Love Hewitt's The Audrey Hepburn Story (2000), and she also played Molly in ABC's Annie, (1999) with Kathy Bates Audra Mcdonald Victor Garber Kristin Chenoweeth and Joe Gould's Secret as well as Kristin Chownoweth.
