Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in the city of Orange, California. My wonderful husband JP as well as my happy father Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I post my daily life: the good, the bad and all in between. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents at the age of one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be with you sharing my story. With the opportunity to have the best life possible, I wanted to do the best I could to please them. I was focused on my success. My life was set out: I would attend university, find a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase a home. I figured that was the epitome of success but life was not so sure to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. The year 2013 was the year I began dreading going to my corporate job the money and status did not bring me joyIt was as if I had wasted my time and energy to earn a living even though I knew I was destined for something more. When I began to navigate my way through a different job, I realized that I was meant to become a personal trainer. I loved exercise, I loved being social, and I love helping others. In 2014, I started my own small business and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. Very few Asian women are employed in the industry of fashion. My goal is to become a catalyst in the industry to provide quality coaching to empower others to become a healthier and happier individual by developing the most sustainable life that meets the individual needs and desires. Additionally, I'm committed to supporting others so that they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their interests and lead the life of your dreams. My career exploded as I was experiencing the most happiness of my life. However, my mother died just as my career took off. After an eight-year struggle with the disease, she is currently resting on Heaven. I will never forget her, and continue to keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. The lessons of life are often hidden from us however they are extremely useful. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways. I truly believe that my mom gave me a second chance at life through her passing. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her next life and for me to have my second chance at living the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. The 30's are the only time I really feel that I'm alive. My intention in the story I am sharing is to inform you that, you are not the only one. I want you to feel that love is real and that therapy can be normal. Your health is truly your most valuable asset. There is only one chance to live. I wish you to enjoy it to the max.
